Enjoy this quiet wooded setting bordering on Eagles Mere Conservancy. Just a short walk to the Eagles Mere Lake, Outlet Pond, tennis courts and the historic village offering quaint shops and restaurants. Wonderful hikes begin right out the door and at nearby World's End and Ricketts Glen State Parks. Swimming, boating, fishing, biking and golfing are all offered, or just relax in the peaceful setting surrounding the deck and gazebo. Modern conveniences of this three bedroom, two and a half bathroom cottage, include a well equipped kitchen, full size laundry, great room with fabulous river-stone fireplace, sun-room, and large raised deck with screened gazebo and gas grill. The Cottage offers many games, books, Wi-Fi, and TV for indoor enjoyment. Truly a cozy and inviting home away from home!
FULL SEVEN NIGHT RENTAL FROM SAT TO SAT MID-JUNE THROUGH AUG. There is a NO smoking and NO pet policy. Guests are required to obtain a temporary lake membership that includes everyone in the cottage for the duration of the stay.
